Scheduling Appointments
Please be prepared to provide credit card information or a gift card number when scheduling your appointment. When booking group services, one credit card may be used to secure these appointments. However, the cancellation and rescheduling fees for the entire group will be applied to the credit card.

Check-In
First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to fill out the proper forms.

Gift Cards
Gift cards must be presented in order to receive your service.

Late Arrivals
Panache will do its best to accommodate the late arrivals. However, it is not always possible for us to give a late client their entire appointment time. The service might be cut short to end at the scheduled time, but the client is still responsible for the payment of the scheduled service, not the time that was given. We cannot guarantee appointments for guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments
Single treatments require a 24-hour rescheduling or cancellation. Any service that is not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged for the full service.

All spa packages or multiple services require a 48-hour rescheduling or cancellation. Without a 48-hour notice, a 50% charge will be made to the credit or gift card. No-shows will be charged for the full service.

Medical Conditions
We ask guests to fill out a Client Information Form on their first visit. Please keep your therapist updated on changes in your medical condition. Expectant mothers must be past their first trimester of pregnancy to receive a massage or body treatment.
